Cooked Shrimp, Asparagus, Ginger and Carrot wrapped in seaweed, rolled with pumpkin sushi rice to give an attractive finish
 

Tuna Sesame Roll
Tuna with Carrot, Pickled Turnip and Asparagus wrapped in seaweed, rolled with sushi rice and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

 

Dynamite Roll
A combination of Cream Cheese, Imitation Crab stick, Smoked Salmon and Asparagus wrapped in seaweed, rolled with carrot sushi rice

Defrosting Method:

 

Option 1: Place Frozen sushi (do not remove plastic wrap) in warm water bath (110 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes.  Chill for 20 minutes and serve.

 

Option 2: Place Frozen sushi (do not remove plastic wrap) at room temperature (70 degrees F) until thawed (approx. 2 hours).  Chill for 20 minutes and serve.

   
 

Option 3: Place Frozen sushi (do not remove plastic wrap) in refrigerator for approx. 8 hours or until thawed..
