Directions:
- Steam
Royal Dragon Shaomai and refrigerate.
- Grill or poach chicken- refrigerate.
- Toss all vegetables excluding red leaf lettuce.
- Place leaf lettuce on chilled plate. Arrange mixture of vegetables
and garnish with the Shamoai, chicken and mandarin orange.
- Serve with a ginger salad dressing.
