SHAOMAI MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD


The perfect appeal for health-conscious customers. A light selection of vegetables and Royal Dragon Shaomai combined with a subtle essence of Mandarin orange sections.

Royal Dragon Shaomai 20 ea.
Chicken thigh meat, julienne 4 oz.
Red onion 4 oz.
Bok Choy, julienne 4 oz.
Bamboo shoots 2 oz.
Celery 2 oz.
Bean Sprouts 2 oz.
Carrots, julienne 4 oz.
Mandarin orange 2 oz.
Red leaf lettuce 1/2 head

Directions:

  1. Steam Royal Dragon Shaomai and refrigerate.
  2. Grill or poach chicken- refrigerate.
  3. Toss all vegetables excluding red leaf lettuce.
  4. Place leaf lettuce on chilled plate. Arrange mixture of vegetables and garnish with the Shamoai, chicken and mandarin orange.
  5. Serve with a ginger salad dressing.
