POTSTICKERS JUBILEE


Please your clientele with a celebration of Oriental favorites. Our traditionally-prepared Potstickers are combined with crisp vegetables and served on fluffy white rice.

Yield/ Servings 4

Royal Dragon Potstickers 16 each
Steamed white rice 12 oz.
Julienne red & yellow peppers 4 oz.
Julienne cucumbers 4 oz.
Julienne bok choy 4 oz.
Garlic (less or more to taste) 3 cloves
Salt dash
Pepper dash
Sesame oil (to cover bottom of wok)
Soy sauce 4 oz.

Directions:

1. Steam or fry all Potstickers. Place over rice on 4 separate plates. Set aside.
2. Add oil and garlic to wok, heat and stir in vegetables. Add soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Pour vegetables over Potstickers and rice and serve.
