POTSTICKERS JUBILEE
Please your clientele with a celebration of Oriental favorites. Our traditionally-prepared
Potstickers are combined with crisp vegetables and served on fluffy white
rice.

| Garlic
(less or more to taste) |

| Pepper |

| Sesame
oil (to cover bottom of wok) |

| Soy
sauce |
4 oz. |
Directions:
1. Steam
or fry all Potstickers. Place over rice on 4 separate plates. Set aside.
2. Add oil and garlic to wok, heat and stir in vegetables. Add soy sauce.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Pour vegetables over Potstickers and rice and serve.
