Royal Dragon Cocktail Springroll (deep fry) 4 each
Royal Dragon Potsticker (steam or fry) 8 each
Royal Dragon Shaomai (steam or fry) 8 each
Royal Dragon Wonton (steam or fry) 8 each
Red peppers 4 oz.
Bok Choy 4 oz.
Bean sprouts 4 oz.
Cooked white rice 2 cups
Sweet & sour sauce (for dipping) 4 oz.
Scallions garnish

Directions:

1. Prepare dimsum as shown above.
2. Stir-fry together all vegetables, except scallions.
3. Dish rice and vegetables onto plate. Arrange dimsum on plate and serve. Garnish with scallions.
