Amoy employs a full team of experienced food economists/ scientists to do research and development to ensure that all Amoy products are of the highest standards and suit the changing consumer needs.
Amoy has received international recognition and certification including passing the stringent inspection of the USDA, UK and Japan MAFF. In Hong Kong, Amoy is the first sauce manufacturer to be awarded the "Q-Mark Quality Award." Such recognition helps to support Amoy's position as an expert in oriental food manufacturing.
